    Hi. I currently do what I guess you’d call micro-transactions; not over £1000, but less than £10. Something you might be able to help with is the fact that our profit margins are getting eaten alive by the fees. Sometimes, on a $5 item, we’re paying nearly $3 on fees. It completely erodes our profits. Any ideas about this?

    Sending money from a Natwest account to pay for a bill in dollars is not a great idea as Natwest have one of the worst exchange rates and commission fees of all UK banks when it comes to currency exchange, including general transfers, ATM services and card fees. If possible, for micro-transactions, use PayPal or Skrill as their rates are more favourable.
